The rubus illecebrosus or Raspberry Strawberry is a fruit appartentente to the rosaceae family, the same family of the famous red raspberry. This little berry is native to the Asian areas, in particular of Japan, and more recently has also spread to Europe.
Raspberry Strawberry named for the shape of the fruit, much larger than the common raspberry (Rubus Idaeus). The production period is concentrated in the summer period, particularly in the month of August.
MINERAL SALTS – magnesium, sodium, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, zinc, iron, manganese, copper and calcium.
KETONE – stimulates the production of adiponectin, a hormone that acts on the metabolism and causes the body to burn fat for energy.
It is a plant that fits particularly well on all types of terrain, provided it is well drained, and thanks to its characteristics it is also suited to partial shade.
