DIAVOLICCHIO peppers with a shape very similar to that of a bullet, with a smooth surface, reach a length that does not exceed 2 centimeters, and have a fruity taste, during the maturation process which can vary from 60 to 80 days approximately, they change color from dark green-purple as soon as they are born, up to red when fully ripe.
The degree of spiciness that these fruits can reach varies from 30000 to 50000 Scoville degrees, quite intense, suitable for those who love spicy foods but without exaggerating.
Peppers are not suitable for drying in this case, but can be stored in the freezer.
To cultivate it must be considered that it is a pepper that prefers a warm and humid climate, similar to the tropical one. Water as needed.
Once it reaches maturity it detaches from the plant, throughout the summer.
In the kitchen it is recommended in combination with braised meats and game.
