The Garden Parsley is a perennial herbaceous plant belonging to the Apiaceae family. It is a plant, glabra, biennial with a big root; tall erect stem from 40 cm up to a meter. The leaves are toothed and curly, they can be bipinnatosette or tripennatosette. The white flowers form umbrellas visible from May to June; fruit consisting of two achenes.
